We were very pleased to be associated with Drew Smith, in carrying out the successful construction of the B Sky B facility in Knowle Lane, Fair Oak. With tolerances of less than 1mm on the positioning of the satellite dishes it was a very challenging project, which was completed on time and to very strict quality control.
Working alongside Brymor Healthcare we carried out the groundwork on the New Decant Ward at Frimley, Nr. Camberley. With numerous existing services and the added complications of working in and around a live hospital, the contract was delivered on time to a very tight programme.
The construction of the new dental surgery at Fareham was in association with Morgan Ashurst and involved the refurbishment of the existing property and major external alterations to accommodate parking and new drainage requirements.
In association with ROK Construction, we carried out Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Jumpers Road development for East Dorset Healthcare. Construction of offices, accommodation for patients and accommodation for Key Workers were undertaken over a 2 year contract period. New roads and sewerage infrastructure were installed along with extensive hard and soft landscaping.
